As VP of Finance, you’ll build a vision for how our finance function scales, ensuring it’s not only rigorous but also strategically aligned with where we want to go. You’ll translate big-picture goals into financial frameworks that support sustainable growth, while also owning the integrity and precision of all accounting operations. You will own the integrity of financial operations, including P&L oversight, budgeting, reporting, payroll, and full-cycle accounting, while driving long-range planning, capital strategy, and financial modeling to support growth and acquisitions. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring executive presence, operational depth, and the ability to translate financial performance into strategic action. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment, lay the foundation of what the finance function becomes over time, coordinating with internal and external partners and stakeholders to execute your vision. What You’ll Do Own the financial strategy: long-range planning, budgeting, forecasts, capital allocation, and scenario modeling while maintaining strong internal controls across a multi-office structure. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all financial reporting, disclosures, and audits Manage accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, tax filings, and month-end close Oversee and coordinate external partners, vendors, and advisors supporting finance and provide clear, actionable financial insights to executive leadership. Support acquisition underwriting and integration planning; Evaluate growth opportunities, new services, and investments with financial rigor Identify and implement systems, processes, and automation to scale the finance function Implement scalable financial systems, reporting tools, and automation. Standardize reporting, dashboards, and financial processes firmwide. Communicate complex financial topics clearly to non-financial stakeholders Instill a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement .
