The Vice President of Food & Beverage is the strategic leader for all F&B operations across our portfolio. This role sets brand-wide standards, drives innovation, ensures financial performance, and partners with property leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Serving as both guide and trusted advisor, the VP balances creativity with business acumen to elevate operations and team engagement. Requested Tasks * Provide strategic oversight and direction for all property F&B operations. * Develop and uphold brand-wide service, culinary, and beverage standards. * Lead financial management, including budgets, cost controls, and profitability strategies. * Partner with culinary teams to design innovative, guest-focused menus. * Build and maintain vendor partnerships to ensure quality and value. * Recruit, mentor, and develop F&B leaders across properties. * Foster collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Events to support business growth. * Travel regularly to properties to provide onsite leadership and alignment. Requested Capabilities * Prior experience as a Vice President, Corporate Director, or Multi-Property Director of Food & Beverage within luxury or lifestyle hospitality, preferred. * Proven success in financial oversight and driving profitability. * Deep knowledge of culinary, beverage, and service trends. * Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to travel extensively.
