Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As VP IT I&O, you will:
- Lead and integrate global IT Infrastructure & Operations teams, building a unified framework that supports business growth.
- Develop and execute a global IT strategy aligned with Hain’s digital roadmap and business objectives.
- Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure planning, system lifecycle management, and vendor performance, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable services.
- Collaborate with senior IT leaders and regional business teams to align IT solutions with business needs.
- Manage IT governance, project portfolios, budgets, and risk frameworks, focusing on cybersecurity, business continuity, and compliance.
- Foster a high-performance culture, developing IT talent and advancing innovative practices like ITIL and DevOps.
