JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies for our bulk raw material sales of Collagen II. This role is essential in driving revenue growth and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate MUST have extensive experience in the dietary supplement supply chain, especially with branded ingredients. Also, the candidate should possess strong management and oversight skills, working with finished good companies and their contract manufacturers . Additionally, the perfect candidate will demonstrate superior analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of customer service, and a proven track record in global sales and account management in the dietary supplement industry. Lastly,, the ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience in the dietary supplement industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:
    o A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Nutrition Science, or a related field is typically required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years of experience in international sales and marketing, ideally within the branded supplement or consumer health products industry.
  • Proven history of developing and implementing successful product market strategies and achieving revenue growth.
  • Experience managing international distributor relationships and leading multicultural teams.
  • Skills:
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and financial skills.
  • Ability to adapt strategies to diverse cultural contexts and consumer behaviors.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and management teams.
  • Domestic and International Travel Required i.e., tradeshows, client visits, etc.
