ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Human Resources to lead all HR and risk management functions. Reporting to the President/CEO, this role will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, compensation, benefits, and organizational development. The VP will play a key role in shaping culture, enhancing systems, and aligning HR strategies with our mission and growth goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
