• 10+ years of HR leadership experience (non-profit or retail preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, labor law, and risk management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multi-site teams and complex HR systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Human Resources to lead all HR and risk management functions. Reporting to the President/CEO, this role will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, compensation, benefits, and organizational development. The VP will play a key role in shaping culture, enhancing systems, and aligning HR strategies with our mission and growth goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead HR strategy and daily operations across multiple locations.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workforce development.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and CARF standards.
• Implement risk management strategies to reduce workplace injury and liability.
• Support leadership development and foster a culture of integrity and inclusion.
