POSITION SUMMARY

As Vice President of Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, leading the full spectrum of human capital strategy—with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, training & development, compensation strategy, strategic leadership, and leading organizational change. You will be instrumental in driving culture and purpose throughout the organization—ensuring our people practices reflect our mission, values, and commitment to excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with proven success in talent acquisition, training & development, compensation strategy, and organizational change
  • At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a service-based, logistics, or skilled trades environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic HR initiatives while inspiring culture, purpose, and shared values
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and influence across departments
  • Experience leading HR teams in multi-site, geographically dispersed operations
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
