REQUIREMENTS

  • 15+ years of experience in sales, including 10+ years in leadership roles leading scaled, virtual, or inside sales teams
  • Deep experience in K–12 education or a mission-driven sector with complex stakeholder environments
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue while upholding a high standard of customer experience
  • Expertise in sales operations, forecasting, performance management, and organizational design
  • Skilled at balancing near-term delivery with long-range planning
  • Passion for equity, learning, and partnering with educators to improve student outcome

JOB PURPOSE

Great Minds is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Vice President of Inside Sales to lead a scaled, high-impact sales organization responsible for deepening partnerships with K–12 districts nationwide. This role will oversee a team of 130+ who support our small account school systems. The VP will balance operational excellence with long-term strategic thinking, ensuring resourcing, territory alignment, and performance are all in service of driving student outcomes through the adoption of high-quality instructional materials.
