QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in commercial landscape maintenance, including team building, strategic planning, and operational management.
  • Proven track record of P&L responsibility and driving division-level growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional certifications will also be considered.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, financial management, leadership, and communication.
  • In-depth understanding of the commercial landscape maintenance industry and operational best practices.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements is essential.
  • Professional certifications, such as a Qualified Applicator License or similar, are highly valued.
