Qualified candidates should possess:

• Experience rolling out successful companywide initiatives
• History of developing training that will ensure others are successful
• Ability to evaluate efficiency of training programs company wide
• Desire to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Ability to travel 6 to 10 nights per month
