VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. Master’s preferred.
  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and community engagement.
  • Strong commitment to the Culture, Philosophy and Statement of Faith of 4KIDS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Media savvy.
  • Creativity and innovation in marketing approaches.
  • Strategic thinking and vision casting.
  • Highly energetic, self-starting, creative individual who can express/recognize ideas, opportunities, and communicate goals and objectives clearly.
  • Outstanding organizational and management skills to provide leadership and oversight of staff, volunteers, budget, and other resources.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Brand Stewardship – Protect and advance the ministry’s identity, ensuring all communication reflects the mission and values.
  • Strategic Translation – Convert high-level vision into actionable, measurable campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Audience-Centered Communication – Adapt messaging for diverse audiences (families, churches, partners, and global communities).
  • Movement Driven Campaigns – Inspire action, advocacy, and generosity through storytelling and media.
  • Digital Growth Leadership - Oversee digital platforms as ministry tools for training, equipping, and mobilizing.
  • Assist Director overseeing HopeConnect™️ to build the strategic plan annually and produce all HopeConnect™️ assets.
  • Data-Driven Impact – Use metrics to optimize engagement and report on both outcomes (lives impacted) and outputs (campaign results).
  • Mission-Driven Alignment - Remain mission-aligned, spiritually and strategically united with President and COO.
  • Provide spiritual guidance to staff.
  • Visionary Team Leadership - Lead, manage and direct a team covering a wide-range of marketing communications skills from website management to printed materials, annual reports, videos, event signage and invitations, to social media and broadcast media.
  • Be collaborative and offer constructive input while championing the vision.
  • Responsible for developing leadership, creating strategy, and communicating culture.
  • Trust-Based Partnerships - Maintain trust-based partnerships.
  • Cultural & Global Engagement - Anticipate cultural and technological shifts.
  • Kingdom focused and work to expand reach and deepen impact globally.
