Description

SUMMARY

The Vice President of Marketing will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, enhance brand awareness, and support census growth across all senior living communities. This role is responsible for managing digital marketing efforts and PR strategies while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. Additionally, this role will oversee all internal and external communications to maintain brand consistency, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communication management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, senior living, or related industries, with a focus on business development, strategic partnerships, or network management.
  • At least 2 years in a senior leadership or regional-level role overseeing multi-market strategy and execution.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Enquire), BI dashboards (e.g., Domo), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% across regions to support field teams and partnership development.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel to different sites and move around facilities as needed.
  • Manual Dexterity: Capable of using office equipment, including computers and phones.
  • Visual/Auditory: Must be able to read, work on computers, and attend virtual/in-person meetings.
  • Stamina: Maintain high energy levels for long working hours including meetings and conferences.
  • Lifting: Occasionally required to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, especially for event setup.
