The Opportunity As Vice President of Marketing, you’ll shape the narrative and go-to-market strategy and execution for one of the most transformative companies in commercial real estate technology. Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with our Leadership Team, you’ll own the marketing strategy and execution that accelerates Dealpath’s next phase of growth—expanding our category leadership, scaling demand generation, and positioning Dealpath as the trusted data and workflow platform for institutional real estate investing. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant visibility across the organization and to the C-Suites of the largest investment management firms in the world (including Blackstone, Brookfield, Nuveen, JLL, CBRE, and Starwood). You are excited about this opportunity because you will: Define and execute Dealpath’s marketing strategy to drive measurable growth in pipeline, revenue, and brand equity. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team that thrives on accountability, collaboration, and creativity. Own integrated marketing execution across demand generation, product marketing, field and customer marketing, brand, content, PR, and communications. Develop and refine Dealpath’s category leadership through thought leadership, voice-of-customer programs, and industry insights. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure marketing strategy aligns with revenue targets and company OKRs. Elevate the Dealpath brand through consistent storytelling, market visibility, and executive-level positioning with top investment firms. Drive measurable outcomes through a disciplined, data-driven approach to performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline attribution. Represent Dealpath externally—acting as a visible leader in the industry through speaking engagements, media, and thought leadership channels. Experience developing a true omni-channel strategy, and the ability to measure and balance online and offline activities. Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive marketing experience with management and leadership responsibilities and a demonstrated track record of success. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Demonstrated success marketing and selling into the top 100 firms of respective industries. Command of common AI Tools, SaaS Metrics, processes, and marketing stack. Bonus Points: Experience marketing and selling software solutions into real estate, private equity, alternatives, and/or financial services with a strong current rolodex. This position is eligible for variable compensation and Dealpath's equity plan. Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process. Dealpath's compensation ranges are determined by current market data, and compensation data posted on our job posts may change as new market data becomes available. Your actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
