Position Overview Lead the marketing engine that fuels predictable growth, strengthens retention, and elevates the brand story. You’ll align GTM strategy across Marketing and SDR, partner tightly with Sales and other members of Operations leadership, and build a high-performing function that drives growth and increased enterprise value. What You’ll Do · GTM Strategy & Alignment: Act as the internal owner of Frontline marketing strategies and goals, streamlining their execution within the organization and serving as the day-to-day resource. In coordination with executive sponsors, design and execute a coordinated go-to-market strategy that aligns Marketing and SDR efforts with corporate objectives and Sales priorities, ensuring all activities directly support pipeline development and retention initiatives. · Brand Leadership: Manage and create the development and delivery of a differentiated brand strategy and messaging platform that supports Sales conversations, improves market positioning, and resonates with target audiences. · Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing internal Marketing and SDR teams, ensuring the teams are structured, trained, and resourced to execute effectively at scale. · Demand Generation & Retention: Plan and execute marketing programs that generate qualified opportunities and support client retention efforts, equipping Sales and Account Management with tools and content that affirm client value. · Budget Management & Maximize ROI: Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize return on investment, ensuring that the budget is directed to the highest-impact initiatives and measurable business outcomes. · Transparency & Reporting: Define KPIs, build out marketing KPI dashboards, while providing regular reporting to the CRO. · Executive Collaboration: Actively collaborate with members of the executive team, partnering with the CRO and Sales leadership to ensure Marketing remains focused on enabling Sales success and driving shared growth goals. · Internal Communications & Employer Brand: Partner with HR to develop internal communications strategies that strengthen culture, drive employee engagement, and reinforce organizational alignment. Support recruiting efforts by building a strong employer brand through digital, social, and experiential initiatives that attract top talent and position Frontline as a best-in-class workplace. · Marketing Narrative: Develop a clear, data-driven narrative of Marketing’s contribution to predictable growth, client retention, and CAC efficiency. Collaborate with leadership to ensure the company is exit-ready with defensible GTM strategies, supporting materials, and evidence of marketing's enterprise value. What You Bring · Experienced marketing leader with a track record in B2B services or adjacent categories (SaaS, managed services, or solutions). · Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (brand, content, digital, events/ABM, SDR) and partnering tightly with Sales leadership. · Fluency in KPI design and dashboarding; familiar with modern marketing stacks and SDR tooling. · Strong writing and messaging craft; comfortable presenting to boards and investors. · Global mindset and ability to work across time zones and cultures. Success Profile · Proven leadership standing up or scaling B2B marketing and SDR functions that demonstrably support Sales, retention, and investor confidence. · Strength in brand strategy and demand mechanics—able to translate positioning into programs that create qualified conversations. · Comfortable operating globally, localizing messages and channels across North America, UK, South Africa, and India. · Pragmatic operator: sets simple operating rhythms, inspects work through KPIs, and reallocates resources quickly. · Executive presence with clear, concise storytelling for CEOs, CROs, and private equity partners. · Collaborative approach with Sales/RevOps, HR, and Account Management; low-ego, high-accountability.
