SUMMARY

This position will develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive marketing plan for Hollywood Caisno Toledo that optimizes acquisition, retention, revenue growth, penetration rates, and market share. Our new executive will also be part of a collaborative, focused, and results driven executive team that focuses on “fans first.”

  • Develops and executes strategic marketing direction to include marketing reinvestment, direct marketing, advertising, public relations/community relations, and entertainment which generates revenue and builds long term relationships with customers and strengthens the brand value.
  • Develops and implements annual marketing plan for the property that supports the overall brand strategy for the company.
  • Monitors and increases loyalty database activations and registrations.
  • Capitalizes on market opportunities based on financial, technological, and demographic factors minimizing effects of competitive activity.
  • Drives guest service results and responds swiftly when opportunities arise.
  • Assess, anticipates and reacts to the competitive marketplace in regard to marketing strategies, programs, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Leads departments through active participation.
  • Establishs and maintains a consistent company image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, collateral materials, and events.
  • Ensures integrity of daily operations, offers, and customer database information.
  • Manages daily financial results and operating budget that meet or exceed expectations for revenue generation and cost control.
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior guest service in accordance with company standards and programs.
  • Ensure compliance regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements.
  • Serve sas a liaison with outside agencies promoting a positive influence of the Company.
  • Ensures IT resources are available to run programs.
  • Develops and facilitates presentations to executives and key stakeholders.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university. MBA preferred.
  • Seven years of progressive experience in the gaming industry experience in a senior marketing role with direct responsibility for revenue generation.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to understand and analyze Budget & P&L Statements, competitive information and develop plans with measurable results.
  • Proven managerial and critical thinking skills required.
  • Must possess excellent employee relations skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions when required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives and effective day to day operations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
