Primary mission:
The primary mission of the Corporate Director of Marketing is to set the marketing objectives for Springboard’s properties and lead a team to execute. You will oversee the communication strategy of marketing performance liaising with Springboard’s executive team, property leadership and hotel owners.
You will be responsible for creating and overseeing execution of thoughtful integrated marketing strategies for Springboard, creating and executing marketing plans that address local and regional business objectives and challenges to drive hotel revenue and business performance.
This role presents an opportunity to lead a fully staffed and experienced team in a tech forward organization that values collaboration.
