We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead and scale Aidin’s marketing initiatives and accelerate growth during a critical phase for the company. This is a senior leadership role responsible for propelling brand awareness, building demand, engaging prospects and clients, and positioning Aidin as the undisputed leader in care transitions. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to build a full-funnel marketing engine that drives awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
The Vice President of Marketing reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role (VP or Director-level)
  • Proven success leading B2B marketing in a healthtech, care coordination, or SaaS company
  • Experience marketing into health system C-Suite’s and clinical leadership. Experience marketing to payers and post-acute care providers is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build marketing infrastructure, grow pipeline, and directly support enterprise sales teams
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong grasp of demand generation, performance marketing, and sales-marketing alignment
  • Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
  • A strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a track record of delivering results.
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and analytical — you can toggle between strategy and execution easily
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for transforming healthcare and improving patient care outcomes

Responsibilities
  • Build & Lead the Marketing Strategy: Own Aidin’s brand, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across all channels. Define KPIs and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Demand Generation & Growth: Drive pipeline generation through multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SEO/SEM, content, webinars, events, etc.) that support enterprise healthcare sales motions.
  • Product Marketing & Positioning: Develop compelling messaging and positioning for Aidin’s products, services, and differentiators. Enable sales with playbooks, competitive intel, and content that aligns with our ideal customer profile. Ensure all messaging is “on brand.”
  • Team Leadership & Execution: Build, manage, and optimize internal and external resources including tools and talent. Prioritize execution and experimentation. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather competitive intelligence, market shifts, and customer insights to refine marketing efforts, inform product development, and help Aidin maintain a leadership position in the market.
  • Partnership & Enablement: Collaborate closely with CGO, CEO, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure consistency across the buyer journey and customer lifecycle. Align marketing initiatives with company goals.
