We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Membership and Lore Experience to lead the design, expansion, and stewardship of this elite program—curating enrollment journeys, elevating white-glove hospitality, and building a legendary community unlike anything else in the American luxury space.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Vice President of Membership and Experience, you will lead the national expansion of the Vault from the inside out. You’ll serve as the executive steward of our most trusted relationships and cultural moments—working cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, Strategic Partnerships, and the CEO.
You’ll build the systems, team, and rituals that guide members from curiosity to commitment—and from welcome to lifetime loyalty.
