Position Summary:
The Vice President of Mission Services is responsible for overseeing, supporting and advocating for high quality spiritual care services throughout the continuum of care and maintaining the on-going relationship with the Bishop of the Diocese of Bridgeport to ensure the Catholic identity of St. Vincent’s Medical Center. The Vice President will promote the advancement of the organization’s mission, which includes creating and leading initiatives to shape strategy and culture in accordance with the mission and values of Hartford Healthcare. In addition, the Vice President will develop and maintain relationships with community leaders to ensure equitable availability of health services to underserved communities in the Fairfield region.
