POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an accomplished and mission-driven Vice President of Operations and Corporate Excellence to join our leadership team. This senior executive will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for overseeing and aligning all operational, corporate, and performance functions across the organization.
The successful candidate will bring proven leadership experience within the non-profit sector, combined with strong expertise in operational excellence, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and funding development. This includes identifying, securing, and managing funding opportunities through grants, proposals, and funding applications to ensure organizational sustainability.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring our operations directly support our vision for innovation, economic development, and community impact.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Graduate degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years in a senior operations or executive leadership role within the non-profit sector.
· Proven track record in securing funding for non-profit organizations, including grant writing, funding prospect research, application preparation, and relationship management with funders.
· Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, operational management, performance measurement, and financial oversight.
· Experience with innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives.
· Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
· Design and implement comprehensive performance measurement frameworks and KPIs to monitor organizational success

· Oversee the development of the organization’s annual report and ensure performance data is used to drive improvement and stakeholder communications.
