About the Role: The Vice President of Operations in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of the organization across the United States. This position ensures that all operational strategies align with the company’s mission to deliver high-quality care and services efficiently and effectively. The VP of Operations leads cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives that drive growth, improve patient outcomes, and enhance organizational performance. They play a critical role in financial planning, resource allocation, and talent development to sustain long-term operational excellence. Ultimately, this role serves as a key driver in shaping the future direction of the organization by fostering innovation and operational agility in a complex healthcare environment. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related fields * At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or a related industry. * Proven track record of strategic planning and successful execution in a complex healthcare environment. * Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks and accreditation standards. * Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management. * Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and develop talent within a multi-site organization. * Experience in private physician led organizations.  Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline * Bachelors in Nursing * Experience working within diverse healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, or social assistance organizations. * Advanced skills in data analytics tools and healthcare information systems. * Experience in driving innovation and leading organizational change initiatives. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that support the organization’s goals and regulatory requirements. * Lead and mentor senior managers and department heads to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational objectives. * Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to optimize resource utilization and improve cost efficiency. * Drive data-informed decision-making processes by analyzing operational metrics and identifying areas for improvement. * Collaborate with executive leadership to develop new growth initiatives and expand service offerings. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards across all operational units. * Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, staff, and partners. * Delegate responsibilities appropriately to empower teams while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
