ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Vice President of Operations will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of Plume’s core business operational functions. This executive leader will oversee Finance, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Legal, and Human Resources, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and fostering a culture of operational excellence. While deep expertise in each area is not required, a strong understanding of interdependencies and experience in managing cross-functional teams is essential. The VP of Operations will report directly to the co-founders and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.
