JOIN OUR TEAM AS A VICE PRESIDENT OF PAYROLL LEAD PAYROLL STRATEGY, ENSURE COMPLIANCE, AND SUPPORT A GROWING HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Payroll to oversee payroll operations across our growing network of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout Texas. This executive leadership role is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, strengthening payroll systems and controls, and supporting operational excellence across a large multi-site organization.
