About the Role We’re hiring a VP of Product to architect the future of digital agreements at scale - we call it the Agreement Hub. You’ll own two critical product domains that drive $120M+ ARR and power ~70,000 customers globally: 1. App Platform: Own and build the nervous system of our multi-billion transaction platform Own the technical foundation processing millions of documents per year with 99.99% reliability Architect our AI/RAG & data layer that’s revolutionizing how businesses understand and act on contract intelligence Design our integration framework enabling a thriving ecosystem of partners and mission critical connections Direct the platform strategy that unlocks exponential growth through API-first architecture 2. Customer Value: Transform how modern businesses close agreements and manage their workflows Lead the product suite directly responsible for nearly all of company revenue Pioneer the convergence of CPQ, CLM, eSignature, and Payments into an all-in-one platform Your Mandate: Define and execute the strategic vision for PandaDoc to become the default Agreement Operating System for every SMB company Lead and scale a world-class product organization of 4 Directors and 20 PMs Partner directly with the CPO and executive team to shape company strategy Build products that customers genuinely love (current NPS: 45) What You’ll Do Define Strategy & Vision: Own the long-term vision for PandaDoc’s App Platform and Customer Value tracks, aligned to company North Star goals. Build the roadmap for platform scalability (architecture, billing, permissions, integrations, extensibility) Partner with GTM on packaging and monetization strategies that increase ARPA and drive up-market adoption. Deliver Impact: Improve Net Dollar Retention (N$R) by reducing contraction and increasing use case expansion. Scale App Platform capabilities (APIs, SDKs, permissions, marketplace) to power ecosystem growth and partner integrations. Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security at scale. Add use cases and broaden our product Lead & Collaborate: Lead and mentor Directors of Product and senior PMs across both tracks. Partner with Engineering and Design leadership to deliver high-quality execution. Work closely with GTM, CX, and Data teams to translate customer insights into product improvements. Champion AI-native product experiences by partnering with our AI platform team. Measure & Optimize: Define and own metrics for adoption, ARPA, N$R, and platform utilization. Drive operational rigor: roadmap clarity, prioritization, and measurable outcomes. Continuously evaluate and iterate on onboarding, activation, and adoption levers. About You Love product craft/work - versed with Figma, prototyping, vibe-coding and genuinely love software Hands-on with data, analytics, and experimentation; fluent in defining and measuring product health 10+ years in product management, with 3+ in leadership (managing Directors/large groups) Strong background in platform architecture, extensibility, and multi-product ecosystems Proven track record of improving activation, adoption, and retention Visionary but pragmatic—able to balance long-term bets with short-term impact Excellent communicator, collaborator, and team-builder Well-versed in AI and technical enough to prototype or build your own agents Company Overview: PandaDoc empowers more than 70,000 growing organisations to thrive by taking the work out of document workflow.
