Job Description We are seeking a Vice President of Production to provide strategic and operational leadership for all production-related activities. This executive will play a critical role in driving efficiency, quality, cost optimization, and team performance across manufacturing operations, while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and market demand. Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Operations Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly production plans aligned with business strategy and market requirements Ensure optimal allocation of resources and on-time, high-quality delivery Identify, analyze, and resolve production bottlenecks Coordinate closely with Sales, Procurement, and R&D to ensure operational alignment Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Establish, standardize, and continuously optimize production processes and SOPs Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives Ensure disciplined execution and controlled process changes Equipment & Facilities Management Implement robust equipment management and preventive maintenance systems Oversee installation, commissioning, and technical upgrades Participate in equipment selection and automation initiatives to enhance productivity Quality Management Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality management system Define and enforce quality objectives in line with regulatory, industry, and customer requirements Lead quality inspections, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction Cost & Resource Control Control production costs related to materials, labor, and energy Optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency Support supplier management and procurement negotiations Health, Safety & Compliance Implement national safety regulations and internal HSE systems Define safety objectives and conduct training, audits, and risk assessments Lead investigations and corrective actions for safety incidents Leadership & Talent Development Design production organizational structures and staffing plans Manage performance, training, and leadership development Build a high-performing, engaged, and accountable production team Material Control & Procurement Oversight Supervise material planning, inventory control, and turnover Ensure procurement processes are compliant, transparent, and well-documented Strategic & Cross-Functional Contribution Participate in major management decisions and strategic initiatives Represent production in internal and external coordination as needed Perform additional responsibilities assigned by senior leadership Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any equivalent degree. Background in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related fields Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience At least 3 years in a production or manufacturing management role Experience within the power systems or electrical manufacturing sector is highly desirable Skills & Competencies Strong English communication skills Solid understanding of enterprise operations, including strategy, finance, and HR fundamentals Proven leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination capabilities Strong system-thinking and global mindset High integrity, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-cultural adaptability Willingness and ability to work in an overseas environment Why Join?
