JOB SUMMARY

The Vice President of Property Management is focused on operational excellence and specializes in all aspects of residential property management. Develops, implements, and executes strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and client and resident retention. At Fairgrove Property Management, the VP of Property Management, is the industry subject matter expert, has significant input into client onboarding strategy, and is responsible for the overall performance of each region. Additionally, this role may support Maintenance Operations, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, and Business Development departments as needed. Key requirements include scaled people management, leadership development, creating and implementing strategic initiatives and maximizing profitability.

Full-time Salary Position

  • Hours: 40+ hours per week
  • Compensation: $180,000 - $190,000 annually
  • Bonus: 10% annual target bonus
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO

Requirements:
Essential Job Functions – To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years of dynamic relevant experience in residential third-party property management, overseeing a portfolio of 5,000 units or more
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree
  • Proven track record for strategic business development in company organization and growth
  • Ability to drive optimum solutions for all aspects of property management
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, team-player
  • Competency in Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
