VICE PRESIDENT OF QUALITY

Location: Trenton, Maine
Our client, a respected leader in premium marine manufacturing with nearly a century of excellence, is seeking a Vice President of Quality to drive transformational change and establish a world-class quality culture across its operations.
This newly created executive role will report to the COO and play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and sustaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS). The VP of Quality will ensure consistent standards across multiple facilities, while building the systems, metrics, and culture necessary to support operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with a proven record of building quality cultures.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and deploying QMS from strategy through execution.
  • Expertise in quality audits, root cause analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong background in manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead change in a complex environment.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple U.S. locations and supplier sites.
