A leading global manufacturer is seeking a Vice President to spearhead its North American R&D, Engineering, and Project Management functions. This pivotal executive will drive innovation, optimize product development, and secure market leadership across both commercial and retail sectors, reporting directly to the CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in commercial and retail manufacturing, with a strong focus on R&D, Engineering, and Project Management leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring large, multidisciplinary engineering and project management teams.
• Demonstrated ability to introduce and implement improved processes and tools that accelerate development projects and drive innovation.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a passion for challenging the status quo.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.

  Pay: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year

• Lead and manage R&D, Engineering, and Project Management teams across Mexico and US locations.
• Develop and implement strategic product development roadmaps to align with business objectives and market demands.
• Foster a culture of innovation, challenging the status quo and promoting continuous improvement in product design and development.
• Introduce and implement best-in-class processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize development project timelines and efficiency.
• Drive the successful execution of all product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring high quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure product alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
• Identify and implement new technologies and solutions to enhance product performance and competitive advantage.
