JOB TITLE: VICE PRESIDENT OF REAL ESTATE EXPANSION & DEVELOPMENT

Location: Latin America / Dominican Republic

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in real estate, construction, or corporate expansion.
  • Deep knowledge of the Latin American real estate market, with a strong emphasis on the Dominican Republic.
  • Proven experience in negotiation and acquisition of strategic land assets.
  • Advanced skills in project management, financial planning, and business development.
  • Experience in liaising with government entities and understanding urban development regulations.
  • Proficiency in market analysis tools and real estate management software.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
  • Active LinkedIn profile and updated (unencrypted) resume in PDF or Word format.
