Job Title: Vice President of Regional Operations
Location: Hybrid – Based in Naperville, IL (with occasional travel across assigned state)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Vice President of Regional Operations is responsible for overseeing clinical execution and operational efficiency across skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and home-based care teams within an assigned state. This individual plays a vital role in supporting clinical teams, ensuring seamless transitions of care, and driving outcomes for complex wound care patients. The role requires a proactive, results-driven leader with strong collaboration and execution capabilities.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

• 7-10 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably within post-acute, SNF, or home health settings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional clinical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex clinical workflows and transitions of care.
• Excellent problem-solving and execution skills; a self-starter with a “go-getter” mentality.
• Ability to travel occasionally across assigned regions.
• Located within commuting distance of Naperville, IL.
