Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and working closely with clinical leadership, you will oversee all aspects of reimbursement, including PDPM (Patient-Driven Payment Model), and revenue cycle management. Your exceptional expertise will ensure our facilities are reimbursed accurately and fairly, while maintaining full compliance with all regulatory requirements. Qualifications Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in clinical reimbursement within the skilled nursing industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. We’re looking for someone who has consistently demonstrated excellence in this field. Education: minimum is a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Expertise: In-depth knowledge of PDPM, revenue cycle management, managed care contracting, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise should be second to none. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and achieving exceptional results. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions to meet organizational benchmarks. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: Implement developed reimbursement strategies that support the organization’s quality measure goals that set us apart from the competition. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of clinical reimbursement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. PDPM Mastery: Ensure precise and optimized PDPM reimbursement across all facilities by providing expert guidance, training, and support to MDS Coordinators and clinical staff. Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of industry changes and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS guidelines. Managed Care Contracting: Negotiate and manage contracts with managed care organizations, securing the best possible terms and conditions for our facilities. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced data analytics and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions that enhance reimbursement outcomes and operational efficiency. Collaboration: Partner with clinical, financial, and operational leaders to align reimbursement practices with patient care initiatives and organizational objectives.
