KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the mining or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to understand complex products.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels, internally and externally.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As VP Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing BreatheSafe’s global growth strategy across APAC, USA, LATAM, Europe, and other key regions. Leveraging a direct-to-market model domestically and managing channel partners in key international regions, you will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences, product availability ensuring BreatheSafe remains a leader in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets across multiple regions and markets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, achieving ambitious revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and seize new market opportunities through identifying and capitalising on new growth opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
  • Provide technical support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently to maintain a market-leading reputation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Machine OEMs, research partners, SMEs, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive superior customer outcomes and business success.
