Contract Manufacturing | Onsite Skincare / Topicals | Liquid Nutritional Products Position Overview We are seeking a high-impact Vice President of Sales to lead and accelerate commercial growth within a fast-paced contract manufacturing organization supporting skincare, topical, and liquid nutritional products. This individual will serve as a key senior leader responsible for driving revenue growth, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and serving as a visible commercial force within the organization. This is not a pure leadership role and it is not a maintenance role. We are seeking a leader with a demonstrated track record of steady progression of responsibility throughout their career who brings energy, urgency, and the ability to create momentum. The successful candidate will lead from the front, actively developing business, building relationships, driving strategy, and personally participating in sales efforts while simultaneously coaching and developing a high-performing commercial organization. What You'll Own • Full ownership of sales strategy, revenue growth, and commercial performance • Leadership, development, accountability, and expansion of the sales organization • Personal involvement in business development and key customer acquisition efforts • Active participation in customer relationships, presentations, negotiations, and closing opportunities • Development and execution of aggressive growth initiatives across skincare, topical, and liquid nutritional product categories • Revenue forecasting, pipeline management, KPI ownership, and sales performance oversight • Partnership with Operations, Product Development, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure customer success • Development of scalable sales processes, reporting structures, and organizational capability Experience & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience • Required experience within CMO and/or CDMO contract manufacturing organizations • Required experience supporting skincare, topical, and liquid nutritional products. • Proven experience leading and developing successful sales teams while maintaining direct selling responsibilities • Demonstrated success personally developing and closing business opportunities • Strong customer-facing executive presence and presentation skills • Ability to create momentum, inspire teams, and build long-term customer partnerships
