The Role: We are seeking a hunter sales leader to build Ilant Health’s presence across public sector and labor-sponsored health plans. This role will focus on state and local government employers, unions, and Taft-Hartley funds. Key Responsibilities: * Develop pipeline across public sector employers, unions, and Taft-Hartley funds * Build relationships with fund administrators, union leadership, and benefits advisors * Educate labor leaders on the health and financial impact of obesity * Navigate procurement processes and multi-stakeholder decision structures * Partner with brokers and consultants advising these funds * Represent Ilant Health at labor and public sector conferences * Build Ilant’s reputation in this specialized market Qualifications: * 7–12+ years selling healthcare solutions to public sector or labor markets * Experience working with Taft-Hartley funds or union benefit plans * Strong understanding of labor governance structures * Proven success navigating complex procurement processes * Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build a territory from scratch Benefits and Perks: We believe great work happens when people are supported, trusted, and given the flexibility to thrive.
