Olive Tree People is the fastest-growing waterless beauty company in the USA and, starting October 1, 2025, will expand into Germany and Europe to conquer the European continent with the Next Big Thing in Waterless Beauty, following the USA.
If you have at least 15 years of outstanding experience in Direct to Consumer and have proven success in building large sales organizations with more than 50,000 distributors, we would love to hear from you. Please understand that we cannot process applications without these qualifications.
As Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the company’s direct sales activities. You will develop and implement strategies to achieve significant growth. This senior leadership position requires expertise in direct sales, team building, and strategic vision to drive revenue and market share expansion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: At least 15+ years of experience in sales leadership in a senior direct sales role.
  • Track Record: Proven success in driving revenue growth in direct sales and building organizations with at least 50,000 distributors.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performance team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with executives, customers, and internal stakeholders in English, German, and Spanish.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven thinking and decision-making, with experience in using sales technologies and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel for business development and team leadership in Europe and the USA.
