Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead our growth initiatives in the multi-family modular construction sector. This executive leadership role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand recognition, and expand our market share within the multi-family housing, student housing, government project, hospitality and related market segments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep industry expertise in modular/offsite construction or the broader building products industry, a proven track record of scaling sales organizations, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Sales: Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives to achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets. Lead the entire revenue generation function, from demand generation and lead sourcing to contract closing and account management. Analyze market potential, emerging trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform strategic initiatives. Cultivate and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with key clients, developers, general contractors, architectural, and engineering communities to foster long-term business growth and satisfaction. Lead major contract negotiations and pricing strategy decisions, ensuring favorable terms and profitability. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand exposure and network with key stakeholders. Marketing & Brand Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and content strategies, to generate leads. Strengthen the company's brand and ensure consistent messaging. Use market research and feedback to improve offerings and competitive positioning. Team Management & Operations: Lead and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team. Implement scalable sales processes using CRM and data analytics for pipeline management and reporting. Manage sales and marketing budgets. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred. Experience: 10+ years in sales and marketing leadership in multi-family modular , industrial construction, , or related sectors, with 5+ years in a senior role. Proven Success: Track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion, ideally with complex products and long sales cycles. Industry Knowledge: Expertise in multi-family construction trends, codes, and key players. Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. Travel: Ability to travel domestically (10%-30%).
