REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated success in Full-Service Lease sales within the transportation or fleet industry

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PURPOSE:

As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for revenue generation across VTRL’s core offerings, including Full-Service Lease, Guaranteed Maintenance, and Rental services. This executive leadership position will oversee sales and marketing operations and lead a high-performing team, including the Director of Rental and regional sales leaders. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in fleet solutions and a proven track record in Full-Service Lease sales.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead P&L responsibility across Full-Service Lease, Guaranteed Maintenance, and Rental products
  • Drive revenue from Preventive Maintenance and Retail Service offerings
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
  • Set sales quotas and guide the sales team in achieving revenue and unit count goals
  • Hire, train, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams
  • Approve rate sheets and review sales commission structures
  • Maintain and enforce compliance with Lease SOPs and sales processes
  • Present performance reports, KPIs, and business insights to the executive leadership team
  • Collaborate with internal VVG departments, vendors, NationaLease, and other stakeholders
  • Support new business development efforts and nurture customer relationships
  • Champion customer satisfaction by working directly with key accounts
  • Continuously analyze sales trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
