Description Haymarket Center seeks a strategic and collaborative Vice President to drive the organization's strategic visioning, planning, execution, and partnerships and lead key operational functions including human resources, information technology and contract management. The Vice President works closely with the CEO and leadership team to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational improvement in order to better serve Haymarket Center's clients. This role combines internal and external responsibilities, including operations, process innovation, strategic plan implementation, organizational development, and partnership building and is a key leader in ensuring that Haymarket Center achieves both short-term and long-term goals in alignment with its mission and values. Requirements Advanced degree Experience with delivery of care for substance use and mental health conditions; and/or knowledge of FQHC or primary health care organizations Government relations experience Exposure to other operational areas such as finance, legal, and facilities
