TrueCare is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Value‑Based Care & Analytics to guide the organization’s enterprise strategy in quality improvement, population health management, care management, and analytics. This role is central to advancing TrueCare’s evolution as a high‑performing, value‑driven health center committed to improving outcomes, operational performance, and cost of care. Key Responsibilities Quality Improvement & Performance Management Lead enterprise‑wide quality improvement strategies to enhance clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. Establish and oversee KPIs and quality measures to support continuous improvement. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of quality and performance data. Promote a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and readiness for value‑based care. Educate staff on quality measure standards and documentation requirements. Population Health Management Lead population health strategy, including risk stratification, segmentation, and targeted interventions. Integrate clinical and social determinants of health into programs supporting diverse populations. Collaborate with providers, payers, and community partners to support coordinated, integrated care models. Analytics & Data Strategy Oversee enterprise business systems and analytics strategy across clinical, operational, financial, and human capital domains. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability across the organization. Integrate actionable insights into clinical operations and value‑based initiatives. Informatics & Clinical Systems Alignment Serve as a key stakeholder in informatics governance, bringing forward clinical quality, population health, analytics, and care management priorities. Guide decision‑making on EHR optimization, reporting structures, and workflow improvements. Care Model Innovation Partner with executive leaders to pilot and scale innovative care models, including team‑based care, virtual health, and community‑based interventions. Value‑Based Care Readiness Drive organizational readiness for value‑based reimbursement, improving care coordination, patient engagement, and clinical performance. Collaborate with payers and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and optimize performance in value‑based arrangements. Qualifications Required Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or related field. 10+ years of healthcare leadership experience, with at least 5 years in practice transformation, quality improvement, or population health. Proven expertise in value‑based care, analytics, and data‑driven decision‑making. Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and complex transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement models, and regulatory requirements. Skills & Attributes Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving organization focused on outcomes. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Additional Requirements Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between sites. Ability to meet physical demands consistent with a health‑center leadership role. Salary will range between $179,817 and $287,708 based on applicants experience aligning with the position's role and responsibilities.
