Business Function Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs. Responsibilities Provide innovative working capital solutions for clients and, lead negotiation of complex structures and legal documentation Assess risks in deal-specific product deviations and recommend a clear way forward Develop product strategy and roadmaps based on thorough market research, customer feedback, and robust financial analysis Create effective marketing collateral, sales tools, and training programs to drive product adoption Analyze customer usage data and feedback to inform product optimizations and enhancements Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and internal policy requirements Manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities for all products under management Identify new market opportunities and translate them into actionable product requirements Initiate platform or system enhancements, ensuring they are thoroughly tested and accompanied by appropriate documentation and processes prior to launch Drive ad-hoc projects related to market, jurisdictional, legal, policy, and regulatory changes impacting open account trade products Requirements University degree holder with minimum 6 years of product management experience, specifically within the trade finance domain Strong knowledge of working capital solutions, account receivables purchase, supply chain finance, and third-party platforms Experience with legal documentation negotiation.
