POSITION SUMMARY

10X Health is searching for a seasoned, entrepreneurial individual (i.e. builder-operator) to lead Operations. The VP of Operations will be a part of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the President of 10X Health. This role will be integral in building and scaling the next iteration of the company’s operating model across and all business and clinical functions. Day-to-day this person will be overseeing all teams touching customer experience, practice management, supply chain, network management, and corporate operations. Partnering closely with the Growth, Technology, and Clinical teams, this role will help drive collaboration across the organization and alignment with company strategy.

This role requires a person to possess an analytical mindset, coupled with a strong executive presence and healthcare operations background. The ideal candidate will have a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving, coupled with significant experience scaling a multi-market, multi-modality healthcare business.OBJECTIVES

  • Build and scale high-performance operations within a multi-site, multi-market, and multi-business model healthcare organization.
  • Oversee and lead all operations, including customer experience, practice management, supply chain, network management, and corporate operations.
  • Establishes metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the organization and teams can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvements
  • Drive performance withing medical group operations; achievie/exceed all practice budgets and ensuring the financial objectives are met
  • Responsible for negotiating, and maintaining relationships with key vendors, and ensuring supply chain efficiency
  • Lead and continuously improve the service experience for 10X Health’s patients, spanning all interactions from transactional to clinical
  • Model and cultivate a culture of excellence, trust, accountability, and continuous innovation
  • Partner closely with Clinical leadership to ensure 10X Health’s care experience is highly engaging, effective, and efficient
  • Partner closely with Technology leadership to constantly identify, prioritize, and deliver innovation and automation that drives improvement in both efficiency and clinical outcomes
  • In partnership with the People team, implement learning and development initiatives for leaders at all levels of care operations, ensuring a consistently high level of performance and a thriving team
  • Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to ensure care operations evolve in ways most directly beneficial to member and customer needs
  • Partner with executive leadership to create, assess, and update incentive plans that align and motivate the team to hit targets in alignment with company goals and initiatives
  • Other duties, as required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years experience in healthcare operations, ideally within a hyper growth organization and with P&L responsibility
  • Experience managing and scaling multi-site and multi-market operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or MHA preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
  • Travel up to 15% of the time
