Who You Are A proven senior leader with experience building and scaling operations in complex, regulated environments. You bring: * 10+ years in senior operations leadership within regulated manufacturing (food, beverage, or similar). * Full enterprise operations leadership with P&L accountability * Track record of transforming operations through data, systems, and processes * Ability to turn strategy into measurable results * Passion for people leadership, culture-building, and talent development * Commitment to safety and zero-harm cultures * Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and modern operational methodologies * Forward-looking mindset leveraging digital transformation, automation, and analytics * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field is required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is considered an asset.
