Description The Vice President (VP), Operations & Growth provides executive leadership for ChartPro’s Release of Information (ROI) services, owning enterprise-wide performance across onsite and remote service models. This role is accountable for operational excellence, regulatory compliance, client experience, and scalable growth ensuring accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant fulfillment of medical record requests while improving margins and enabling expansion. The VP partners closely with Compliance & Privacy, Technology, Client Success, Sales, and Finance to strengthen standardized ROI processes, expand customer relationships, and build high-performing, accountable teams. Position can be fully remote. Significant travel is anticipated. Requirements Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior level Operations leader in healthcare services, HIM/ROI, revenue cycle or regulated service environments Deep working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Rules and PHI handling requirements Demonstrated success in scaling operations, improving margins and enabling growth Proven capability leading distributed teams across on-site and remote models Previous experience with Business Development to partner with Sales, Marketing and Client Success to support new business
