We're seeking a future team member for the role of Business Process Improvement/Best Practice vice President to join our AI 4 Ops team. This role is located in London, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Lead best practice initiatives involved with the implementation of multiple large, full-scale projects or a portion of a complex, function-level project. May enlist support from more junior team members. Manage projects including analysis of requirements around transitioning businesses from high-cost to low-cost resource options, modeling changes across businesses, and analyzing location strategy. Collaborate primarily with internal clients, leading complex process changes for large, challenging clients whose business impacts the firm at a functional level. Lead the production of business case documents for projects and approve business cases proposed by more junior team members. Provide guidance on crafting highly persuasive business cases. Lead the production of implementation plans and review reports on redistribution management provided by more junior team members. Accurately address redistribution issues as needed. Monitor the improvement process effectively and anticipate issues before they arise. Serve as an escalation point for senior team members. Utilize past experience and relationships to arrange in-person meetings with clients. Lead meetings with relationship managers, client service managers, regulatory roles, communications roles, business partners, and others as needed to fulfill improvement plan requirements or initiate new business. Review and approve financial-driven analyses of vendors and opportunities to reduce underlying costs proposed by more junior managers. Recommend more efficient solutions when necessary. Coach and strategize with clients to help develop their business strategies. Provide guidance to clients, team members, and management while building on existing relationships. Resolve staff and resource management issues. Provide coaching and guidance to more junior officers and may enlist their support on projects. Manage large, complex, function-level projects. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred. Experience in Operations, Business Analysis, or Technology preferred.
