We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Technology Liaison to join our Global Business Services (GBS) Support team. This role is located in Manchester. This role will support with the oversight, prioritisation and resolution of Production Incidents for the Custody Operations team. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Coordinate prioritization of production incident fixes, ensuring clear ownership and timely resolution. Ensure all problems are properly submitted, collaborate with the different stakeholders to ensure level of details correspond to Product Owners expectations. Work with technology, operations, Client Contact and product to understand impact of issues and prioritize fixes. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by acting as the liaison between technology, operations and product stakeholders. Host regular meetings with a clearly documented Agenda prior to the meeting and actions following the meeting. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders — gathering requirements, sharing updates, and aligning expectations. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Proven organizational excellence, strong internal networking, and influencing skills to build consensus and drive resolution. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Communication and negotiation skills Subject-matter expertise in Income and Corporate Actions preferred to support with impact analysis and understanding of their associated risks Hands-on familiarity with incident management processes and agile methodologies.
