We are seeking an accomplished Partner to lead our People Advisory Services (PAS) practice focusing on the Banking, Capital Markets & Insurance sectors. This is a Global role that will report to our Global People Advisory Services Leader, it is a strategic leadership role that will drive transformational people solutions for financial institutions navigating complex regulatory environments, digital disruption, and talent challenges. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry expertise with proven capabilities in building and scaling a high-performing consulting practice.

EXPERIENCE IN LEADING CHANGE MANAGEMENT FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN INSURANCE OPERATIONS

Qualifications we seek in you!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Years of consulting experience with significant focus on financial services
Proven track record in practice growth and P&L management within professional services

STRONG BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CAPABILITIES AND HISTORY OF SUCCESSFUL CLIENT ACQUISITION

Outstanding leadership skills with demonstrated ability to develop and retain top talent

EXPERIENCE IMPLEMENTING OR ADVISING ON GENERATIVE AI AND INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS FOR LIFE SCIENCES OR HEALTHCARE

Strong understanding of AI ethics, governance and responsible implementation in clinical and healthcare settings
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$160,000 to $200,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
