JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnership Manager to join our Global Transaction Banking team at the Vice President level. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and cultivating new partnership opportunities across our ‘Product Factory’, spanning multiple lines of business. The successful candidate will assess the suitability of potential partners, negotiate agreements, build strong initial relationships, and drive partnership initiatives from concept to execution. You will manage a portfolio of partnerships that deliver innovative capabilities, strengthen our competitive position, and accelerate business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Required:

• 6–9 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances within financial services or technology sectors
• Proven success in sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding partners in complex, regulated environments
• Strong commercial banking acumen and experience building business cases and ROI models
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional projects across geographies or business units
• Technical acumen with an understanding of technical architecture and solution design
• Familiarity with APIs, API lifecycle management, and developer portals
• Knowledge of technical integration processes across internal and external systems

Preferred:

• Knowledge of transaction banking products, services, and market trends
• Experience working with FinTechs, technology providers, or cross-industry partnerships
• Familiarity with partnership governance models and performance measurement frameworks
• Hands-on experience working with technology teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Understanding of commercial banking technical frameworks and core systems.
