Job Description Product Development (Transaction Banking) - Cash Management / Liquidity / Payments is responsible for developing new products and/or solutions, ensuring the competitiveness of existing products. Strengthens the sales effort by working with Sales and Marketing to define competitive market requirements and identify opportunities. May model profit and loss, or risk control. The Product Development area is responsible for building and engineering products to meet customer needs. Develops product solutions that create a synergy of cost-efficiency, functionality, and creativity, and meet the needs and wants of defined markets. Ultimately responsible for product life-cycle management. Transaction Banking covers activities related to treasury and cash management, and trade financing for governments and corporates. Services include financing activities that facilitate cross-border trade, cash transfer, and the maintenance and processing of payables and receivables. The Cash Management / Liquidity / Payments focus specializes in providing client cash flow management services and solutions, including checking and savings accounts, working capital management, and funds transfer. Manages payables, receivables, liquidity, and investment, as well as client lockbox, tax payments and reporting, and clearing. Corporate & Commercial Banking covers activities related to providing banking loan products and advice to institutions ranging from small to mid-sized businesses, to the largest corporations. Includes major market middle market corporate banking, business banking, and corporate and transaction banking.
