Compensation Range - $175,000 - $225,000

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused leader to serve as our Vice President of People and Culture. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and leading the company’s human resources strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the growth and development of our team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with executives and department heads to align our people strategy with business goals, promote employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
You will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and organizational learning and development—while championing our values and helping to create a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, ADP-Workforce Now preferred.
  • HR Expertise in all HR-related administrative matters.
  • Relationship Management.
  • Business Acumen.
  • Excellent and effective communication – oral and written.
  • Consultation and Conflict Management.
  • Critical Evaluation.
  • Ethical Practice.
  • Leadership & Navigation.
  • Payroll Processing and Management.
  • Experience within growth transition companies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; Master’s in Human Resource Administration or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 10+ years related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR -HRCI); SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP); Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR-HRCI) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position may require specific physical demands that can vary, but generally include sitting for extended periods of time, utilizing a computer and general office equipment, light lifting, occasional walking and standing, and good visual acuity for computer work.
