ROLE PURPOSE

Support the executive team in driving the company’s operational excellence through data-driven performance analysis. You will standardise ground handling performance across Menzies network with focus on global key customers to ensure ground handling standards are followed in line with Menzies standards and customers’ SLAs.
This role can be based in either Dubai or London.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Support the EVP Commercial and other members of the Executive Management Team
• Liaising and supporting divisional heads for operational, safety and quality issues related to global key account customers
• Develop, continuously improve and monitor customer performance through Menzies operating systems (RSMS, MORSE, SMARS etc)
• Maintain global action plans for all safety related measures.
• Coordinate suitable responses to CAT A and CAT B incidents.
• Enable change management through process development.
