ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and highly connected Consultant Relations professional to join our CR team. In this role, you will focus on educating and influencing the market, building and maintaining deep, high-impact relationships, and elevating Transcarent’s position as a preferred pharmacy partner to ultimately drive revenue and growth through the consultant channel. As the Vice President of Pharmacy Consultant Relations, you will act as a critical liaison and trusted partner between the consultant community and Transcarent. This role partners closely with our commercial, clinical, solutions, and executive leadership teams to ensure feedback loops are tight, messaging is resonant, and strategic alignment is strong.
Our ideal candidate has an established, well-respected network of pharmacy consultants and industry influencers — and a proven track record of turning relationships into revenue. You are seen as a go-to resource by consultants and are skilled at influencing positioning within national and regional firms. Consultants play a pivotal role in the healthcare ecosystem, and their awareness and advocacy of Transcarent is essential to our success. This business leader will champion and lead efforts to ensure Transcarent is consistently recognized as a preferred or available preferred vendor, supporting growth through direct influence and strategic market engagement.
The successful candidate will be a thoughtful and consultative leader who understands how to identify emerging market needs and trends, position Transcarent’s pharmacy solutions accordingly, and expand our footprint through both net-new and add-on pharmacy opportunities. You will not only represent Transcarent externally but will also play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy based on consultant insights and industry dynamics.
